John and Abha David formed Anusaran in November of 2002 moved by seeing the condition of young women and children in the slum area.
They earned their Master's of Counseling in Cooperation with Kingdom Ministries, Switzerland and are pursuing their Master's of Divinity from UBS, Pune. For many years, John worked as an office manager for an orphanage and decided that he would rather begin a new nonprofit organization that focused on deprived women and children. Abha graduated from Delhi University with a degree in Chemistry. She decided to partner with John and start Anusaran after years of working for a social organization. Also, she taught computer science at school level. Anusaran was formed because they are both deeply dedicated to help underprivileged women and children.
